By the numbers
How we source our data
Currency exchange rates are sourced from open exchange rate APIs (such as open.er-api.com) and represent interbank mid-market rates. These are indicative — actual rates offered by banks and remittance services may differ.
Gold prices are derived from international commodity data (Yahoo Finance gold futures) and converted to PKR using the current exchange rate. Local jeweller rates in Pakistan include making charges and vary by city.
PSX stock data is sourced from the Pakistan Stock Exchange and may be delayed. Always verify with your broker before making trading decisions.
Remittance service rates and fees are checked regularly but can change at any time. We link to providers so you can confirm the current rate before sending.
