The exchange rates, gold prices, stock market data, and financial calculations on this platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. SaleOye.pk is not a registered financial advisor, broker, or remittance company.

3. Rate Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, exchange rates and financial data fluctuate continuously. Rates displayed on SaleOye.pk may differ from those offered by banks, remittance services, or exchanges at the time of your transaction. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@saleoye.pk.

You may not use the Service to: (a) scrape or automated-harvest financial data without written permission; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our comparison algorithms; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.

SaleOye.pk has affiliate relationships with third-party remittance and financial service providers. When you click an affiliate link and complete a transaction, we may receive compensation. This does not affect our editorial independence — comparison rankings are determined by exchange rate and fees, not affiliate arrangements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaleOye.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any losses arising from reliance on rate information displayed on the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
